The complete official question and answer catalogue for the German recreational boating licence, coastal and inland (as of 1 August 2023), published by the Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt on elwis.de. No. The D49 practice chart is copyrighted by the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) and may not be redistributed. The app contains the navigation tasks with their official model solutions and points you to where the chart can be obtained.
